yeah.
hmmm… i try so hard to choose my words wisely.
but there is a lot to take into account when it comes to speaking.
you have to know about people.
people are… is there even a word for it?!
like aaron posted… “you can’t backspace the things you say”.
i know that there have been words that have come out of this mouth of mine
that i wish i could just take back… immediately after they leave these lips.
(like in kill bill, vol. 1…
in the animated scene when the little asian girl is hiding under the bed
and she lets out a whimper and the letters come out of her mouth like a comic book
so she grabs them just in time to shove them back into her mouth…
…such a good movie)
yeah.
i know everyone has felt that way at some point.
sometimes, i wonder who that is inside of me talking.
how does a person like that reside in this shell?
it’s been so long since i came to know jesus christ.
so, i wonder why the HELL i would still say things that “kill”…
words can be like hollow point bullets.
and i realize that i may fire a round or two more in my lifetime.
although i wish this weren’t true
and i will try my hardest to keep the safety on.
i need God to take the magazine out.
