family fun days 2006 (pt.2)
i only say this is part two because it was the second family fun day of the year.
the first was on the day before benjamin’s birthday.
and it was the whole weekend pretty much.
it was the weekend that jesse and ashley got married.
and maria and danny and gunner were here.
wish they could have been there this past sunday.
and i know you might not know these people… but that’s besides the point.
my point is:
i love family fun days.
my family here is pretty freakin’ awesome!
i am so blessed to have such wonderful friends.
and it makes me so excited.
i think of the day that i will get to spend everyday in heaven.
family fun day for eternity???
wow…
i can’t even begin to imagine how glorious that could be.
i just finished the chronicles of narnia on friday nite.
it was such a beautiful series. i have to read it again.
the depiction of heaven was breathtaking.
i could have died after the last sentence of “the last battle”.
and it pretty much sealed the deal on the sleeve i want to get.
nick is getting a sleeve on his leg. it’s getting there… lookin’ pretty sharp.
but all of this in one weekend…
wow…
God speaks.
and i have nothing to say… except “thank you, Father.”
