whoa!!!
to all the people who had me in their thoughts and prayers…
the interview went extremely well.
all the prayers i listed were answered.
tori is an amazing woman with exceptional character.
we talked about God the whole time.
i am 1 of 15 that she is interviewing.
the position is full-time and she even asked me my desired salary… wow… that word… salary.
and the magazine will provide a studio… HOW AMAZING!!!
we like the same magazines… HM and RELEVANT.
and she wants it to have the look of VIBE and much like the compositon of OPRAH.
it launches on january and will be circulating mainly through the southeast, not just altlanta.
and in stores like target, kmart and wal-mart as well as bookstores.
sounds like a great magazine. she showed me the features for the first six issues.
i am extremely stoked.
so… i am competing for 1 of 5 positions for a try-out.
basically on jan. 2 she will decide.
if i get it i will be given an assignment to shoot for an article and have a week to do it.
she will be on location to see how i work.
and from the 5 she will decide who is the best candidate for the job.
i am extremely nervous.
oh Lord… help me.

There’s no reason to be nervous! In the case that you don’t get hired, it’s their loss and they’ll be missing out.
Then again, I don’t think that’s going to happen.
